Problem Description :
We have got a cisco ip phone user whose DID was previously being used on a Turret phone , we configured the same extension on the Cisco phone ( and removed it from the turret phone ) , but the issue is that when an inbound external calls comes on the DID , that Turret phone rings while the Cisco phone does not rings , while internally , it works perfectly fine.
Alll the calling search spaces and partition are correct.
