I have a requirement to force callers from a gateway/trunk when dialing a number to CUCM 11.5 cluster to be prompted for a auth code to connect the call. I was going to use a CMC (client matter code) on a Route pattern, but recently discovered this will fail when the call originates from a SIP/H323 gateway. With that said. What other mechanism can I use to prompt the user to enter additional digits to connect the call? I would use a Call Handler, but we don't have Unity Connection implemented. Any other suggestions or workarounds that I could implement to make this work? Thanks!
