Incoiming call now working only in single cisco voip phones

The problem is that although the Voip phone is able to make outgoing calls and calls to other extensions, whenever some try to call (Voip or Mobile)  this particular extension it tells give only "Busy Tone". Rest all voip phone are able to dial and received calls.

Hi @amitpanwar ,

Seems like the Line process which is responsible for this phone in the CM service did not clear the last call properly and it's stuck, one other reason could be that the process in the phone itself is stuck. and for any incoming calls the busy trigger is reached and it gives a busy tone.

Can you reset the phone from the phone configuration page on CUCM and see if that fixes the issue.

CUCM has a tools names as >> DNA (dialed numebr analyzer)

you can test your call flow scenario and see what's happens ?..

remember to set current CSS (calling search space) that specified phone is using now..
