Hi @m.gnahoui , In this case the space got freed, but the show status is providing the wrong info and stuck at 100%, I had a similar issue once. Please reboot the server (utils system restart), and check it again.

In addition to what Roger mentioned, issue can happen also if the SIP ACK message has not received one of the parties. You can attach phone console logs from both phones and Cisco Call Manager logs, we can check them to confirm the signaling is ok.

The document mentions other methods to lower the common partition, such as adjusting the LWM/HWM, delete logs, or delete unused phones' FW. Have you tried those?

@rtarson , It should be translation-profile incoming TRANSLATE31110 instead of outgoing. Since you are receiving the call from Webex Calling, i.e. inbound, the profile with you configured will not take affect.
