Hi Technical Expert,

If I want to incoming call from TnT & outgoing call from a IP phone what should I have to do. It would better if you instruct me step by step.

It is noted that, we have voice gateway with 2 fxo ports and a CUCM.

Thanks

Nizam

There will be plenty of configuration involved here including many dial plan components.

Atleast you will have to configure voice-port, dial-peer etc in gateway and route patterns, route group, route list and gateway etc in CUCM.

It would not be very handy to mention all steps in once. You can get more accurate answer if you have specific question.

Hi Vivek,

Thanks for your reply.

I've already configured for incoming call but call is not coming to my IPcom.

Bellow are the commands in Voice Gateway:

voice-port 0/2/0
caller-id enable
connection plar opx 1001
exit

dial-peer voice 1010 voip
destination pattern 1001
session target ipv4:172.16.107.132

dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric h245-signal

And the procedure I've followed in CUCM:

Device--> add a gateway type as h323,
-->Device name: 172.16.107.132, Device pool: default, check on Enable Inbound Faststart
--> save--> reset

I'm new in VG, hope you will suggest me if there any wrong. :)

I'm waiting for your reply.

Thanks

Nizam

Nazim,

check this link. It might be good for you.

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/voice-unified-communications/unity-express/62609-tdcmecue.html

this uses CME. If you are using CUCM then the configuration will be bit different.

Mohammed al Baqari,

Thank you very much for sharing the link.

I am using CUCM v11 and Voice GW IOS v 12.4

Thanks

Nizam

Then use the CUCM integration from this example

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/unified-communications/unified-communications-manager-callmanager/117300-configure-cube-00.html

the FXO integration from the previous link. That should be basic config.

However, I suggest to have a UC engineer to have this implementation. There are many elements to consider other than FXO and SIP. You need to have proper dialplan defined, call routing, translations, globalization/localization, etc.
