Incoming call info on 2nd line

Hello Experts -

We are running Cisco Call Manager 8.5 with 7960 series phones.  We configure our agents' phones to have their Cisco agent ID as their first line and their DID number as their 2nd line.

When agents are on an incoming call via their Cisco agent ID, and a call comes in to their 2nd line on their DID, is there a way for the agent to see the complete incoming call info (name and extension) of that 2nd incoming call without putting the first call on hold?

They do get a small bit of info on the lower left corner of the phone display, it says "From xxxx", with xxxx being the extension number.

They would really like the bigger display pane of information that gives the name and extension of the call coming intot their 2nd line.

Is there a way to do this on a phone-by-phone basis?  I have searched and searched the system and service parameters, but haven't had any luck.

Thank you

SP
