Hi team,
I was working for some hours to troubleshoot incoming calls not working and outgoing calls PSTN (one side can't hear a thing)
Sympton is:
Call from external numbel > extension attends > external keeps calling > call dropped
I've checked ccapi inout logs and RTMT collect but no success finding the problem yet.
I se a disconnect cause 16 - Normal call clearing, and on router debugs I see "Transfer number is null".
The call flow is:
External phone > PSTN > h.323 > CUCM > Extension
