Incoming Caller-ID is unknown for pstn calls for e1 CAS gateway in Argentina

Hi,

I am having an issue with a gateway which has an e1 cas.

I am not able to see show isdn status command, debug isdn q931.

I have done debug voip ccapi inout and got the following output:

E1 CAS is E1 R2, not ISDN. No isdn debug command will show anything.

how can i troubleshoot the unknown caller id issues?

You would have to check all relevant settings. GW has the caller id correctly.
