i have issues in my cucm v 7.02, if someone call my number some time they cant get ring back sound.

Dear Mohammed,
I have Cisco 2800 voice gateway and one PRI connection and Cisco 7.0.2 CUCM
i have only 100 users. and phone model 7911G
its normal simple network.
exact my issues is that if i call my DID number (external to internal Eg: Mobile to my land line number) i didn't hear the ring back sound, bout if check my IP Phone i can see the phone is ringing.
if bring the call both party cant hear anything.

and send us the debug isdn q931 output when you test a call, so we can see the progress indicators.

Can you share the output of debug isdn q931? What protocol is connecting the gateway to CUCM?
If SIP share debug ccsip mess
If H323 share debug cch323 h225
If MGCP share debug mgcp packets
