I have an issue where if a Incoming Calling Party Settings Prefix is being assigned in the National, International Number, and Subscriber Number types in a gateway configuration and if the Call Classification is set to off-net that inbound calls received via this gateway are being dropped.
If the Prefix is removed, inbound calls to SCCP stations route properly.
If the Call Classification is set to Onnet, inbound calls to SCCP based stations route properly.
If this function is moved to the Device Pool level, similar behavior when the gateway is set with a Call Classification of offnet.
Has anyone witnessed this behavior and what was the root cause.
I suspected that the service parameter of blocking offnet to offnet might be the culprit, but that doesn't make sense when the called is a connected SCCP based phone.
