Hi there,
I'm getting user reports that they are receiving continuous incoming calls from the same internal extension. When they answer, there is nobody at the other end. They hang up, and the process repeats over and over.
We have confirmed that nobody is physically placing the calls.
FYI We are running CUCM v7, with 7900 series handsets.
