Hello Team
Please I need your help. About 2 months now, incoming calls no longer reach the IP phones on configured extension. Outgoing calls work perfect. And internal communication works fine. Line can be heard ringing from caller side but does not ring on the extention number as it should.

Could you please describe your UC Infrastructure, is it CUCM, CME?
Was there any change on your Edge Configuration? Do you use a Cube Router, is there any change on your dial-peers?
