Hi all,
i am facing a problem in sip line configuration.
i am configuring sip line on branch router 2921. Incoming sip calls are disconnecting after 10 sec and there is no audio for either side.
the other end is hearing only call progress tone even after my side answers the call.
and out going call choosing a different dial-peer than what it should use.
the call flow is like below
ITSP----------->Branch Router---------->head office Router------------->call manager.
i am attaching the router config and duebugs here....
any help will be highly appriciated...
thanks in advance.

I dont see any invite coming from CUCM..
Please send me a screen capture of your sip TRUNK. I need to see the ip address configured on it..Did you reset the sip trunk after you configured it?

OK,
Remove MTP required on the sip trunk. Reset the trunk...
Can you confirm that your route pattern is pointing to this new sip trunk now...Ensure that it is and then test again
Send me debug ccsip messages

OK.. I still dont see an invite from CUCM. So UCCM is not using sip to the gateway...
Do you know how to enable and use RTMT to collect CUCM Traces?
Use this link to setup cucm traces and send me cucm sdi traces.. Make sure your trace level is set to detailed

Well done Mohamed for collecting the traces..However the traces do not contain your test call..
I chekced for extnsion 2399 and I can see that the mac address of the phone is SEP00FF5EB10B9B
I ca also see that the phone is registered to CUCM1...If this is correct..
Do a test call again. Ensure you lave the trace settings as detailed. Make sure it the trace cinfiguration on this CUCM is set to detailed.
Once the test call has finished..Use RTMT to login to CUCM1 where the phone is registered to and collect the traces for me..

Yes please. DO a test call again and collect the traces. Limit the time to just 10 minutes from the time of your test call..send it over

sorry to say but how to collect sdi traces.
i am not finding any option for sdi log
04-02-2013 12:22 PM
Can you please send me the screen shot of your trace configuration...from cucm serviceability page.
When you login to RTMT, you click on collect files, you select the CUCM server you want to collect files from, then you selct Cisco callmanager, you click next and you get to where you collect all the files...
You can also use real time trace and here you can select SDI or SDL
you go to RTMT>View real time trace>under the drop down "select node"> selct the CUCM server>under products select UCM>under service select cisco callmanager>under trace file select sdi> click finish
ALl the SDI files will be downloaded for you. You can then download the files that are within the time range that you did the test call

What are you doing in generic log viewer...All you need to do is download the files collected
That error is saying that RTMT cant connect to your server 192.168.12.190
Was this not the server you were connecting to before...
Do you have webex? can you send me a webex invite?
