Hi,

For the non working call we see the following

Sep 13 16:27:02.443: [0/1/0] get_fxo_caller_id:Caller ID receive failed. parseCallerIDString:no data.
Sep 13 16:27:02.443: [0/1/0] get_local_station_id calling num= calling name= calling time=09/13 16:27 orig called=
Sep 13 16:27:02.447: [0/1/0] htsp_dsm_close_done

Have you confirmed with Telco that they are sending the caller id correctly?

I had same issue.

We modified the supervisory tones to fix this issue, there was prefix "D" and post fix "C" in the caller ID as well that was addressed by this config.

voice class custom-cptone CUSSUPTONE

 dualtone disconnect

  frequency 450

  cadence 350 350

 voice-port 0/3/0

supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call

supervisory custom-cptone CUSSUPTONE

no battery-reversal

connection plar 4321

description Line1

cptone CA

caller-id enable

caller-id mode DTMF start D end C

caller-id alerting line-reversal

caller-id alerting dsp-pre-allocate

Hi

It could be because you are missing connection plar opx 76310 on the voice-port 0/1/2

Try that please.

Secondly, could you please post output from voice ccapi inout as well

Regards
