Cisco Unity Connection version: 11.5.1.11900-26
Issue - call comes in and auto-attendant picks up right away, call does not ring at any phone -
What should be happening - call comes in main line, hunt-group phones ring, if no answer it should go to call handler.
I know very little info, i can provide more are required, here is output of call coming in...

Hi
Instead of adding the called handler number to line group, Configure it as "hunt no answer" number on hunt pilot. So the call would be routed if all the phones in Hunt list don't answer it.

Thanks for quick reply, i'm a little lost - i'm new to this area... can you provide a little more detail?
Is this located in LG configuration or within the call handler?

this is on CUCM, under Hunt Pilot.
