Hi,
I have a recurring issue where individual handsets within the same device pool are registering with a local SRST gateway. All of the handsets are plugged into the same switch there is no errors or physical issues on the handsets that seem to be registering with the local gateway.
Has anyone experienced this issue in the past? Also is there a way to manually unregister individual handsets.

Check the connectivity between the Switch and CUCM.
How many CUCM Servers are there in the CUCM Group?

It appears that ping is not allowed via the firewalls between the switch and the CM but connectivity between the sites is fine and this is only affecting 2 of 20 handsets that are all plugged into the same switch. There are two CUCM servers in total.

This issue was resolved by resolving a faulty patch lead, the errors were not displaying on the switch strangely enough.
Could anyone advise if there is a way to force a handset try and re-register with the CM?
