For Lab purpose I need these information.

I am not sure about minimum requirements, but I run vmware server 2.0 on a Windows 2003 RC2 x64 machine. The host has a single quad core intel CPU and 16GB RAM. I have found that I can run pretty much any version of CUCM on this version of vmware. When loading CUCM, I use the following specs for the guest:
2GB RAM
72GB disk (dynamic)
Redhat Enterprise 3 (or 4)
You'll need 2GB RAM to install. After it is installed you can throttle the RAM back to 1GB in most cases. You have to specify the disk as 72GB, but you don't need pre-allocate the space. Meaning, configure the disk to dynamically grow to a max of 72GB.
As far as links? www.google.com. Search for "cucm vmware" or "call manager vmware". There are plenty of links. The appliance versions are much easier to load on vmware than the windows-based versions.
HTH.

Bill

Hi
Just to add to Bill's comments - there is no specific 'VMWare' image, either as a downloaded virtual HDD or otherwise.
You need a proper media kit from Cisco (not an ISO downloaded from CCO, which are non-bootable) in order to build the CCM server.
