Insert fixed prefix in outgoing call with CCM

Hi to all,

my costumer had a CCM 3.3 with 2600 as MCGP.

They change telco provider, that require to digit a prefix 1033 everytime make a new outgoing call.

So I need to intercet the digit, and add the prefix, with CCME I how to do playing with dial-peer, but in CCM I never do it.

Where I have to play? There is a user-friendly gui in CCM (if yes where) or I have to play with dial-peer in mcgp?

no, in CCM with MGCP, all dial plan resides on CCM, MGCP gateway is not inteligent. it behaves as a client-server model, so you configure all dial plan stuff on CCM not mgcp.

you access CCM gui interface by:

http:///ccmadmin

you can add the required prefix under route pattern:

go to call routing-> route/hunt-> route pattern-> add your route pattern with the required settings, in the field (prefix digits (outgoing calls) add the required prefix. and thats all.
