Install Locale in Unity Connection 8.5

Hi

I have a problem with installing a locale to a Unity Connection 8.5 server. I have read that I need to stop 2 services before the install:

Connection Conversation Manager

&

Connection Mixer

But when I look under both Tools -> Feature Services & Network services then those 2 services isn't showing.

I would have thought that they should have been showing under the Feature service.

I'm running version 8.5.1.11900-21 of Unity Connection.

I can also see the 2 services running when going into the cli, but I can't stop them from the cli.

Anyone else had this problem?

Hi Kim,

From the Top Right drop-down choose;

Cisco Unity Connection Servicability instead of Cisco Unified Servicability

Then you can choose "Tools - Service management"

You should be good to go
