I have 300 phones 79xx and vg224, I will install phones and 3825 and cucm in the same vlan or I will install the 3825 and cucm in the different vlan. In these cucm I will register another phones that I have in the other sites.
where will I install the cucm and 3825 in the same vlan or in another vlan?

Hi!
Yes it can be either way, just keep in mind for your reference that Cisco strongly recommends a limit of 512 devices in any
VLAN regardless of the operating system used by the Unified CM server platform. As you are planning to use less than that, there's no
problem.
You can also check the Network Infrastructure chapter on the CUCM SRND for more information:

Have a nice day!
