Hi All

I have a cop file installation problem which is conntuniously installing so how can we cancel it ?

admin:utils system upgrade cancel iscocm.preUpgradeCheck-00024.cop
Canceling the upgrade. Please wait...

Installation of a Cisco Options Package (COP) cannot be canceled.

Upgrade status: Installing
Upgrade file: ciscocm.preUpgradeCheck-00024.cop
Upgrade log: install_log_2020-01-17.23.16.11.log

I have stopped all servıces and started it again nothing changed

Is there anyone face this issue before ?

Have a look on below BUG. But Its not exactly the same condition. I would suggest to open SR.  Two  weeks  back similar issue reported by another member.

at this date 3/2/2025
it's also happened to me 
when i want to install COP file (ES06) on UCCX 12.5
through Web interface..


>> SSH to server
and enter >> show version active
if it is showing to you, COP file is installed >> in section of "active version installed software options"
so don't worry.. everything is OK.. the COP file is installed..
>> just reboot your system..

e.g. as this output >>
admin: show version active
Active Master Version: 12.5.1.11003-511
Active Version Installed Software Options: ciscouccx.1251.su3.ES06.27.cop


for FIX >>
>> what about "Running" stuck status?
leave it alone
after few days
it will be disappear and gone..

for our notice:
cisco team says to us 
install any ES COP file
through CLI interface
if we read the "readme.txt" file of its folder container..
