Installing CUCM

Dear friends,

                    I have 2 callmanager servers. I have installed one as the publisher, but when when i am trying to install second one as subscriber it is not connecting with the first node (Publisher). Network connectivity is ok. My publishr can ping to Subsciber . What is the problem?

Hi Pankaj,

Please check,

1. If you have the CUCM node licenses uploaded in Publisher.

2. Proper resolution of Hostnames. Check the forward and reverse lookup entries in DNS.

                      I have MCS 7835 IBM server , I did not get any cucm media CD with that is there any way to reinstall CUCM becouse now i have both the server operating as publisher.
