Integrate CUCM and Microsoft Teams for simultaneous ring

Hi ,

Is there any way I can make ringing at the same time on cisco hard phone and Microsoft Teams  and any option to make outbound calls from both Cisco Hard phone and Microsoft Teams?

In our current setup we have cisco CUCM 12 and sip voice gateway .

I have one spare Cisco Cube and already have Phone system license for our Microsoft Teams  

Currently we are using jabber and CIPC as a softphone and are planning to remove this from our system instead need to use existing Microsoft Teams for internal and PSTN calls

You’ll need to integrate your CM system landscape with the Microsoft calling platform with direct routing. There are great documentation on Cisco web page for this. I don’t have the url at hand, but with a little bit of effort you would be able to find it.

Its doable. Direct routing can be used to connect the CUCM and MS Teams.
