I apologize for the simple question, but my google skills weren't pulling through for me.
A user's mailbox is not working (never worked). When I look at the user in CUCA the user is not integrated with the CUCM. How do I integrate it like all my other users?
The user exists in CUCM but when I go to Import Users or Synch Users I can't find it. All of my users that are integrated I can see under "Synch Users" but I noticed all of those in CUCM that aren't integrated are not there.
