Hi,
I have a customer who have a CUBE gateway installed & are experiencing intermittant incoming calls being dropped.
I believe the issue is with the SIP provider, but does anyone have any troubleshooting guides for reading the debug outputs on the CUBE Gateway.

Hey Colin,
Here is a config guide which tells the sip signalling in various scenarios ::
You can also give the results for some debugs and I can tell the cause of failure. Run the following debugs::
debug ccsip messages
debug voip ccapi inout
Please the results in the notepad file and give it to me for the failure call.
