Hello expertise,

Can u help me find the solution regarding this problem,

  •       IT Deparment has two line extension number  which is 4618 and 9595 (Cisco ip phone 7942) and 1 portable phone (9595)
  •       Any Internal calling extension number (start with EN 5xxx and 6xxx)to IT Department extension number (4618),
  •       at first moment, ip phone 7942 displayed the correct calling extension number on screen, but when the call is forwarded
  •       to the number 9595(IT Helpdesk- which is portable phone (same department also)), it does not got the correct calling extension number,
  •       but, got the DID number (which is general line number – for like 0378399488(ATA number)/0378399688)
  •       The call is route to the gateway when it is started to forward that call to a portable phone .
  •       Internal call should not route to the gateway.
  •       Any Internal calling extension number (start with EN 5xxx and 6xxx)to IT Helpdesk extension number (9595), when forwarded to the portable            phone, it shows the correct calling extension number

Please help me. Thank you for your help

You need to look at what is set for the CFNO destination on the first IT extension and then also look at the CSS used for CFNO to see what PT that contains something, RP or TP, that match what you have as the destination on the line for CFNO.
