CUCM 8.5
The Display field ( Internal Caller ID ) is configured with the name, but for internal calls, it is showing up as the calling number.??
No changes have been made in cucm, but we had a power outage yesterday and cucm rebooted, so i am not sure where to start with this one.. any help would be appreciated.

The DN has 2 fields, alerting name and internal caller ID.
Alerting name is shown when the phone rings.
Internal caller ID once the call is connected.
Do you have both properly configured and exactly when is it that the name is not displayed??
Does this happen on all phones??

yes the alerting name and the caller id are configured exactly the same and it is happening to all phones.
all phones are in the same DP, when internal to internal calls are made.

I'm having the same issue, not sure what i'm missing out.
Both phone are on same partition too...
Alerting name and Internal caller ID all done.

Hi,
what kind of phones you are talking about, is it happened for all phones.
in the DN level config, there is caller name and alerting name are configured correctly
