International calls malfunctioning - CME

I have a cme v.3.1 on a 2801 router running IOS 12.3(8)T6.

The problem I'm facing is that all the calls (local, long distance, to mobile etc.) are serviced with no problem, apart from international calls from some countries that are not delivered to the appropriate internal phone.

The debugging process revealed that the call (Plan:ISDN Type: International) is terminating in cme (there is a connect and a disconnect msg) but there is neither ringing in the internal phone nor an indication to the caller.

Is there anyone out there dealing with this or a similar problem?

We had a site that had problems dialling internationally but not all countries, this was founf to be a bug, we upgraded to 12-4-9T and the CME version for that IOS and all worked. Possible that this might cure your issue
