Hi All, thanks in advance for reading.
I've been tasked with getting some statistics our of our CME instance (V8.6) about how long phones ring, how many missed calls, etc etc.
So far, it seems like the best way to go with this is going to be using the CDR files that CME can generate. I've taken a look at these, but cannot seem to interprete them.
I've seen that there are a few software solutions around, but I can find very few that work with CME and even fewer that offer a time limited trial.
Anyone got any ideas on how to best interprete these files?
thanks
John H

You have been given a very, very difficult task unlikely to be achieved by a non-professional.
You can check the Imagicle solutions, then there are others but be prepared for a lot of searching and spending.

Cisco has the CDR configuration process as well as the definition of each field documented. You would need to do some massaging of the data to figure out things like ring time and the like.
