IP Communicator problem

Hi ,

   I have IP communicator client version 7.0 installed on Laptop.And CUCM 7.0 in the setup.

   Communicator does not show extension on line button .It displays only time and Date.However it is showing registered in CUCM.

   Can anybody please help..

Hi,

You can configure IPComm to use another Device Name instead of your Network Adapter (Preferences -> Network Tab). Please check if you're using a device name that really is the one that have no DN assigned in CUCM.
