I'm running Call Manger 11.0
I have a new 7962 phone that will not registered. If i configure Call Manager to auto-register the phone I get a security error on the phone. If I try to configure the phone manually I get a DBconfig error on the phone.
Please help.

CUCM didn't start deprecating phones until 11.5, if you're on 11.0 you'll get all the phone models.
