here ip phone 6921 time is not accurate , its can't relay the time zone from CUCM
i try to update its firmware to the latest version cmterm-69xx-SCCP-9-4-1-3SR1.cop.sgn
all 6921 phones get the firmware correctly but time problem is still pending
all other ip phones like any 79xx have no problem in its time

Hi,
I have seen this issue on a 6941 before, the only work around I could find was to reset the effected phones via;
Settings > Admin Settings > Reset Settings > All

I have the same phones, 6921, and just upgraded to that same firmware and have the same issue. The phones appear to be showing UTC instead of the configured local time applied in the Device Profile. I've tried the reset all that richardsimmons suggested but it did not fix the issue.
Anyone else able to figure this one out?
