IP Phone 7821 BIB

Hi all!

I'm looking for phones that support SPANless call recording.

Does anyone know whether the phones 7821 has built in bridge or not ?

You can find that out in your CUCM, go to reporting, CM feature list, and run the report for BIB.

Does 8845 have Built-in-bridge?

I have just run the report from CUCM 10.5.1, 8845 is not there.

Or maybe the model is too new?

The report will only come back with phones that are compatible with your system, 8845 requires 10.5(2) to work, it will not show up in your report if you're using 10.5(1)
