Ip Phone 7821 Service Domain

Hi

Sometimes my Ip Phones 7821 are showing in Display an message thay says Service  Domain.  When i reset this Phone,  it returns properly. The switches that Phones attached are HP.

What I have to do?

I believe this has to do with Expressway, as these phones are capable of registering to CUCM across Expressway (MRA).

Not sure if that message pop-up, perhaps the phone loses connection to CUCM server and tries to connect across MRA.

In this case is not Expressway, because I don't have it here. Ip Phones and CUCM are connect "directly" by L2 and L3.

I get the point that you don't have expressway, but the phones' firmware assumes that you may use MRA hence it allows you to define it. Are you on latest firmware as these phones have and continue to have lots of bugs, so I would suggest updating to latest available firmware.
