Call Forward ALL CSS with BAT

Hello

I have a strange problem...I like to import some UDP's for Users with BAT.

I can add the Users but the CSS Field for Call Forward ALL is still empty, I mean < None >.

I have attached my BAT File that I use.

The "Calling Search Space Activation Policy" is set to Default, that means "With configured CSS".

Has anybody an idea? We have CUCM 10.5.2.

Thank you very much.

Kind regards,

Pascal

Hi,

Is it accepting the CSS for all other types of forward?

Hi Mohammed

Yes it does. All other parameters are accepted and configured as written in the BAT File.

Cheers,

Pascal

Looks strange because you are using the same CSS for all types of call forward. Try what Dennies suggested. Will be fast to fix your problem.

As a work around, go to Bulk administration>phones>add/update lines>add in the required CSS and tick the box in front of it.  This is probably quicker than trying to fix BAT (which is a dog in the first place)

Hi,

I have a CUCM 10.5.2 and I have the same issue.
The setting is set to <none> after running BAT neither if CFA CSS is defined in the template nor if CFA CSS is defined in the CSV file.
I think we are hitting the following Cisco bug CSCuq23802.
I also use the workaround proposed by Dennis to fix it.

Cyril
