First of all i was trying to change from SCCP to SIP.
NOW, i have a problem with 1 ip phone (7911), this phone have been hard reset with the code: 123456789*0#. After restart, it remain blank(no cisco logo is apprearing, it doesnt show the mac address, even doesnt take an ip address from dhcp server... nothing at all
See pics below.
Its just blank(rom is empty).
Btw i dont have cisco UC500, CUCME, CME, nothing. Just a windows 7 machine and a linux virtual machine with DHCP and TFTP and a Cisco Catalyst Express 500 that is giving power to the phone.
Please can any of you help me get this phone working? also put a SIP firmware on it? Please!
And this process on the pics, keep on repeating let say every 2 to 3 mns.
Need some help please.

No. There must be a call agent which support sip protocol for ip phones.
