Hello all,
We have several 7911 IP phones that load term06 or term11 and load files with version 8-3-2-27 that I think is version SCCP 8.8.3, right?
I've forced on UCM to load version SCCP8.3.3S but it doesn't upgrade.
The only thing I've seen is on the IP phone itself, under Status messages states the following:
Error updating locale
No CTL installed
File Not Found: CTLFile.tlv
I've also tried to force loading version SCCP8.5.2 so that we can upgrade to version 9.2.3S, but same thing happens.
I've also tried restoring to factory defaults loading the phone pressing # key and then typeing 123456789*0# but still gets what looks like version 8.3.3.
Any ideas of how can I upgrade those IP phones? I've got versions 8.3.3S, 8.5.2S and 9.2.3S loaded on our UCM servers from long time ago.

8.5.2 should load fine, if it doesn't then you have a different problem with CUCM.

Actually it was quite weird as other 7911 were upgrading correctly.
I found out how to solve it. This is how I made it:
I cannot explain why this happened or why this solves it, but that's how I made it.
