IP Phone 7940 not ringing

Hi,

 

One of the user's deskphone 7940 is not receiving any external calls, phone is not at all ringing but calling party can hear the ringback tone. 

I matched the directory number settings with the working phone and also tried replacing the IP phone but didn't helped. Can anyone provide the resolution.

Apart from replacing the phone, have you checked any logs or traces to see if the call is even making it to the system ?
Is the phone tied to a specific DID ?

Hi Nipun,
I checked on traces and found the call was not reaching the voice gateway. I further investigated and found that the DN associated was out of range of allotted DID range. It is now fixed, thanks for your help!
