IP Phone 7941 does not register with CME

Hello all.

I have the following problem with 2800 series router running CME 7.0. In the phone dir in flash i can see the firmware files for 7941 IP phone. I made those files available from tftp router service using alias. When i´m going to set the load command there is no 7941 option. I use 7960-7940 and then specify the firmware file. DHCP is correctly configured on the router, the phone gets the correct IP address and VLAN but does not register. I have tried the create cnf-files but it displays the following:

%Error deleting flash:SEPDEFAULT.cnf (File not found)
%Error deleting flash:XMLDefault.cnf.xml (File not found)CNF-FILES: Clock is not
set or synchronized,
                retaining old versionStamps

Could anyone please help me?
