ip phone 7962 blf configure doesn´t respond

Hello

The ip phone works as assistant with blf configured. Sometime the user when press the blf it doesn´t respond and can not activate it.
The phone has two blf keys and the issue happens with both. The problem resolves after a indeterminated time without any intervention.
We have changed the set.

any idea?

I would try upgrading the firmware version.

Did you found the solution? i have a similar case with the 7962 and 7965.
