in ip-phone, my extension for example 3702, when any incoming call from outside (not extension to extension), can we immediately redirect to my mobile, do I need to do it in CUCM, or I can do it thorugh my extension?
also in ip-phone configuration, can user change any setting in network configuration, device configuration, security configuration
my ip-phone is cisco 7962
if I use my ip-phone to dial my mobile number, how would I know which main line this ip-phone is using?

1. You can use Call Forward All to redirect all incoming calls to mobile number. You have an option to choose whether you want only external calls or internal calls too. That you can set from phone and through web GUI also.
2. Yes, you can change network configuration etc.
3. You need to look at dial components to check which line is being used for outbound call from specific phone.

1. I use call forward in self portal, but immediately on my phone display screen: forwarded to 81******, I don't want this to be displayed, how to do?
2. I can't change network config, when I go to IPv4, I can't add a default router 2 or change default router 1 IP address, only one button"exit" display on the panel
3. where is dial components, I only have access to voice gateway

1. AFAIK, you can not control the display behavior in that case.
2. Try entering **# to unlock the settings.
3. You can check the dial peers in gateway and see how it has been configured for specific number you want to check.

Can you check DHCP option once on phone, to make these changes it should be disabled.
And, to get the call on Mobile and don't want any message on phone screen then you can use SNR (single number reach), in that case, call will ring on ip phone and mobile and you can toggle the running call between ip phone & mobile.

You may verify "setting access" setting in phone configuration in cucm, if that also doesn't work then you may need to factory reset the phone.
For SNR configuration there are lot of threads exists here, or you may go through below link for this.
