IP Phone 7962

Unfortunately, the following options on my Cisco phone no longer work:
Function: Directories
I do not see any missed calls
Answered calls
Dialed numbers
Personal directory
Corporate Directory
The redial does not work either

I use a Cisco phone 7962

Note : 

Log Missed Calls Enabled

Caller Name Enabled 
Caller Number Enabled 
Redirected Number Enabled 
Dialed Number Enabled

When you say they no longer work what happened to cause that? Did it work before?  What system is the phone registered to, i.e. CUCM, CME, 3rd party?

Hi Chris,
It was working before ,
The phone is under registered state with our call manager .

Is it the only phone with this issue or are other phones experiencing the same issues? Have you tried factory reset on it?

This is a single phone issue also we had the factory reset But no luck.
