hello, in the telephone center, work people with vision problems, using the 7960 7970 with color monitor, and they make complains that they cannot see the call id number or names id. Is there any care about that? We fixed the contrast but it was not enough. They ask color antithesis so the numbers and letters can be readable. What can we do? Changing the background is an option. Any idea?

Sorry, it is not possible to change the phone color scheme.

Hello Bill,
We had such issues before & they were formally discussed with Cisco Development & so far there are no such plans for getting this incorporated, if there is a Business Case then this can be worked upon.
Please get your Cisco Accounts Team involved here as they will have more power to drive this towards a resolution.
