IP phone 8841 pickup calls not work

we have many of phone brand 8841 working only through spiker, handset not work, when I replace the board of pick then hand set work, attached file for the board. where can I purchase it to solve this issue, all the devices less than two years old and no smart net

Hi Roger,

thanks for your replay, 

hardware problem that results from wear/tear on the spring that pushes the on hook/off hook lever out. Basically the spring loses it's "spinginess" and the lever does not push all the way out when you pick up the handset, so the phone never detects that you lift or replace the handset.

the question here, where to find spare parts to replace it, we have more than 50 device has same issue out of 330 devices
