IP Phone 8851 Key Expansion Module does not even power up

Hello,

I am trying to find a place under device in CCUM for key expansion module and dont see it. I am sure it is just fine and probably needs to be activated - my guess.

Yes I see these, but after I enable it it stays on for couple seconds and after that it is removed. Even I see message on the phone.

You should see it on the device in CM if you scroll down a bit.

ok now maybe dummy question but I see only one BLF SD, when I modify Button Items I saw it and added it, now I would like to add another one but from the button items I dont see any BLF SD.

Thank you all, found it. BLF SD button should have light on when extension is busy - correct? Seems like its not when line is busy. Is there another BLF type for that?

Under SUBSCRIBE Calling Search Space I have CSS_ALL_INT exactly like for 7965 where lights are working just fine. With 8851 no lights on BLF.
