I have received a call about IP phone 8861 that sometimes diconnect the call suddenly by it self.
I have checked that phone hardware, reset it default but still "Sometimes' disconnect by it self and no errors indication.
Check the switch spanning tree, portsecurity, and port config and no issues.
call disconnects randomely and no specific called or calling number that diconnect with.
load version sip88xx.14-1-1-0001-125
any suggestions that help me checking the issue cause?
Does this happen for internal calls or external or both internal/external calls.
If this happens with external calls what connection you subscribed with ISP, sip/PRI?
if its PRI, can you share the show controller E1/T1 output.
So far this occures in internal calls only and noticable for this single 8861 phone only
