IP Phone 8961 Background image

Hi

I was set up png files and List.xml with specification requested for IP phone 8961 for uploading custommize image background and upload files to TFTP. 

requirements are 640x480x24 for full size image and 123x111 for the TN image, in additon i setup the XML file with the below configuration.

<CiscoIPPhoneImageList>

<ImageItem Image="TFTP:Desktops/640x480x24/TN-XXXX.png"
URL="TFTP:Desktops/640x480x24/XXXX.png"/>

</CiscoIPPhoneImageList>

after restarting the TFTP service on teh CUCM, i can find the the image at the phone background, but for some reason i;m getting and error of incompatible image size.

please help. :)

Can you paste both the images here to this this tread. There is nothing extra you need to do for 8961 phones. Also try using some different images and use simple program like Ms Paint to do the editing of images and see if it helps.
