Hi
I have installed the CCME on Cisco 2800 router and it work
But I have one problem, All IP Phone are automaticaly logout on ccme every day at 8 AM, and must be login before make or receive any call
Please what can be the problem and how to fixe it

Sorry for the delay in response.
no em logout
this stops the automatic timed logout

Hi,
The fact that you are saying the phones are logged out at 8AM I assume you are using
CME Extension mobility
Can you post
show telephony-service

I cannot get accees on this output now
Anyway, you are right I have configured the extention mobility
But now the ip-phone are log out automatically
I want the IP phone to be log out manually if neccessery
How to configure it ?

To turn off automatic EM logout

no em logout
!
