Hi everybody
I have issues in my company ..
I added new branch and give to him extension number. But the issue the staffs new branch can't not taking together by ip phone.Even though they can call other branches.

Hi,
You start by checking the CSS and partition settings on these phones. Make sure that the CSS has access to the partition assigned on these phones. If this part is okay then provide some more details like cucm version, phone model and firmware and callamanger service trace for a test call.
