IP Phone Clock not sync with CME router

Dear all,

I have a CME with timezone +8. the clock of CME is sync with NTP Server which is at timezone -13.

on router ->

show clock: it is 11:00a.m. 19-jan

on IP phone ->

the clock is 07:00p.m. 18-jan

It seem the IP phone get the clock of NTP Server.

On cme router, i have below config.

clock timezone TW 8

telephony-service

time-zone 8

How can I sync the time on IP Phone to locate time?

Can you perform the following?

telephony-service

create cnf-files

And then reset the phones. Let me know if that helps.

I find out that the time zone under telephony service is different from UTC.

on router,

clock time-zone TW 8

telephony-service

time-zone 42

then, issue create cnf-file and reset the phone. The clock is then correct.
